Shermag’s facilities include a network of eight medium-size factories equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Vertical integration, including two hardwood sawmills, a veneer plant and a components plant supply these factories and give the Company a competitive advantage in a highly fragmented industrial sector. Since 2001, the Company has used global sourcing as a means to broaden its assortment and maintain its competitive position.

Shermag segments its markets into three distinct channels of distribution in North America. These are major department stores, independent retailers specializing in the distribution of high-end furniture and national mass market chains.
